Ambata Capital Partners is a global investment and advisory firm with a strategic focus on the Middle East and Africa and a sector focus on clean energy and sustainability.  Ambata is a relationship driven business and has been structured to leverage our core resources on behalf of key partnerships across both advisory and investment capacities.

Our experience in the Middle East and Africa is difficult to match.  Ambata has assembled a team of more than 25 professionals based in South Africa, the UAE and the US.  Led by Michael Philipp, the team consists of various CEOs of leading franchises in Africa and the Middle East, as well as proven professionals in research, advisory, investments, structuring and distribution.

Ambata is comprised of two main operating subsidiaries, Ambata Global Advisors and Ambata Global Investments.
