  • Prior to joining Ambata, Ron was CEO for Aldar Properties PJSC, a publicly listed property company in Abu Dhabi set up by the government to spearhead the strategic expansion.  Ron grew Aldar into the second largest public company in the UAE, with a development program in excess of $75b.  Ron remains on the Board of Aldar as Executive Director, the first non-emirate appointed to a public company board.
  • Ron has over 40 years of experience in the construction and development industries and has considerable in-depth knowledge of business, corporate and capital funding structures.  Of those 40 years, he spent 8 as a managing director and 14 as a CEO and chairman.  During his career, he has founded four major development companies and structured a £250,000,000 retail fund.
