Nick Sangermano

GLOBAL CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER, AMBATA CAPITAL PARTNERS

• As COO of Ambata, Nick is responsible for strategic planning and operations & controls and is a member of the Global Management Committee.  In addition, Nick works closely with the investment and advisory teams on opportunities in clean energy and sustainability.
• Prior to joining Ambata, Nick was COO of Hudson Clean Energy Partners, a $1B private equity fund dedicated to investing in renewable energy.  Previously, he was a director at Credit Suisse in the Investment Banking Division.
• Prior to his work at Credit Suisse, Nick was an executive director with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and managed corporate development initiatives totaling $1.5 billion.  He began his career as an officer in the Canadian Air Force.
• Nick holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from The University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from McGill University.
