• Prior to joining Ambata, Eirv was CEO of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.  Under Eirv, ADCB became the top bank brand in the UAE and was named Best Bank in the UAE 2007 by EUROMONEY.  Prior to ADBC, he was the CEO and Chief General Manager of Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait, which grew to be the fourth largest bank in Kuwait under his guidance.
• Eirv has over 30 years of senior management experience in the banking industry in the U.S., Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East, with the last eight years as CEO of listed banks in Kuwait and the UAE.  He also has extensive board level experience in listed banks and wholly owned subsidiaries in several countries.  Eirv is a highly successful executive with a strong track record of building businesses, particularly in the Middle East in recent years.
